During my three years as a Product Designer at Gymshark I played an important role in the success of the Training App. My main area of focus was the Explore section, in which I designed experiences that helped users browse, discover, sort, filter, share and bookmark content, as well as creating custom illustrations and icons. As part of the cross-functional Product Design team, I also designed and improved experiences in the three remaining sections of the Training App (Train, Progress and Custom). By tracking user engagement, gathering user feedback and utilising metrics such as retention rate, monthly active users and the number of workouts started, we were able to measure the success of the newly designed features. The Training App is available on both iOS and Android, rated 4.8 on the App Store and Google Play.
